Frank Weiser becomes CEO of LGM

Launch of "LGM 2010", a project aimed at involving all employees in the objectives for 2010: services, business activities, career sectors and prospects, operating modes.
Creation of the German subsidiary: AXONE GmbH (renamed LGM GmbH in 2010)

Development of new niche businesses and strong commercial diversification. Creation of the 1st international subsidiary in the Netherlands: AXONE BV

Every effort put into capitalization. Creation of two divisions: Management and Engineering.
LGM Consultants becomes LGM

2002
Conversion to an SAS (Société par actions simplifiées, similar to a limited liability compagny). The desire to to include, through the capital, the employees in the development of the company, to enable people who have or will have an important role in terms of managing and developing the company, to gradually invest in the company at a lower price.
2001
Decision to develop LGM Consultants:
-     Expansion to capture the most numerous sectors and the most significant markets.
-     Development of new business activities (Management in the wider sense, Engineering) to provide new
         opportunities to employees and in terms of market share.
1996
Michel Monteillard, Independent consultant for RAMS and Electronics joins LGM Consultants as an associate partner.
1991
Creation of LGM Consultants by Eric de Tocqueville and Frank Weiser (Consultant/Consultant engineer for ILS and Management).
